Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a highly aggressive breast cancer that affects younger individuals and African Americans disproportionately. EMOL Health took part with researchers studying TNBC’s pathways and found that targeting certain genes (STAT3, GLI, and NF-κB) and using combinations of drugs could potentially prevent TNBC from returning.
